It’s a great environment to be in. The people I work with are a really diverse group. Everyone’s at different levels of experience and always motivating each other with their positivity.

One aspect of the Foundation Programme that has amazed me is the level of responsibility I have been given from the get-go, working on such great projects is a huge motivator for me.

Jade Peacock
For myself, it’s been important to start as a junior, because with a company like Morgan Lovell, there’s a clear progression, a clear path to help you excel. That’s great for someone my age who wants to build their way up.

Jade Peacock, Junior Designer

Laurie Mc Cabe
We have a team of 22 people here, with 11 different nationalities, and I think that’s really helped me grow as a designer. I can tell the difference between the different design styles.

Jess Hammond
